Shipments

The User acknowledges and agrees that his order will be processed immediately after clicking Finish Order in the " "Billing and payment", and it will be delivered through the courier service and takes between5 to 7 business days to arrive at the indicated address. 

The delivery will be made to the address indicated by the User at the time ofcheck out, and will be delivered to any responsible person of legal age who is at the address at the time of delivery, for which the signature of the carrier's guide will suffice. Includes for residential units or buildings with porter service, the reception and signature of the porter. 

Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time and in case there is no one at the address, the courier willup to two additional delivery attempts. In case of not being able to make the delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.

 

Returns for factory defects or within the guarantee.

The User may return to REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. at no cost, any product purchased on the Site and that presents a defect that: (i) makes it unsuitable for its usual use, (ii) diminishes its quality or the possibility of its use, or (iii) does not offers the security that, given its nature, is normally expected of it and its reasonable use, and that they are within the warranty period.

Taking into account the origin of the contracted products, the User will have a period ofone month, from the date you receive the products, to inform REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. about your dissatisfaction with them. REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will not be held responsible if this period is exceeded.

The return of products that have factory defects will not have any additional cost for the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. within the granted period of one month, through the following formhttps://www.redletter.es/pages/contacto, identifying the product or products being returned, attaching a photograph or video showing the defects and a detailed report of the defects found in them. 

Once REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. receives the documentation and evidence from the User, it will inform you within 3 to 5 business days whether or not it will proceed with the return of the product.

In case of proceeding with the return, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will indicate to the User the method of delivery or shipment of the defective product to its offices/warehouses.

Each product that is returned must be unused, have all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation, original parts and accessories that come with it. In the event that the User does not proceed in this way, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects have been evaluated, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will give the User the possibility of exchanging the product for another with the same characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L.

In the event that for reasons of lack of inventory it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with the same characteristics, the User may choose between rescinding the contract (that is, the return of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model that he chooses voluntarily.

The delivery of the product with the same characteristics or the new model chosen by the User, as appropriate, will be made within a period of3 to 5 business days, from the date on which REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. confirm with the User the exchange of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.

The change, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract, will not imply additional costs for the User.

If the User terminates the contract, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will reimburse the total value of the amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs). The refund will be made with the same payment method of your order.

REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User at the time of purchasing the product:

If the User made the payment by credit/debit card, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will reimburse the amount paid within a period of 14 business days, from the moment in which the User has contacted REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. and both parties agree to the termination. (Subject to availability of the bank in charge of making the return)

If the User made the payment through PayPal, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will refund the amount paid within a period of 24 to 48 business hours, from the moment in which the User has contacted REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. and both parties agree to terminate the contract. (Subject to PayPal availability)

 

Right of Withdrawal (cancellation or return).

Your order starts processing immediately after you click Finish Order in the order section.e "Billing and payment", so if you wish to cancel or return your order, you must contact us through the following formhttps://www.redletter.com/pages/contact.

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in their order, the User will have a period of fourteen (14) business days to return the entire order or, if they prefer, they may return any of the products that were part of the total order. This process is carried out without the collection of any type of discounts and without the need to indicate the reasons.

However, the User must bear the return cost directly for REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L., either if he returns the order in its entirety, or if he decides to return only some of the products of the order. 

To formalize the return, you must contact REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. at the addresshttps://www.redletter.es/pages/contacto. Once the return request has been received, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will indicate the method of sending the order to its offices and/or warehouses. 

REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. is not responsible for the courier company contracted by the User for the return of the order. For this reason, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. recommends the User to ask the courier company for proof of delivery, when the courier has deposited the product in the offices of REDLETTER SPAIN, SL, so that the User has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to REDLETTER SPAIN, SL.

REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. is not responsible for the address to which the User sends the order for its return. 

The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User. In the event that the User does not proceed in this way or if the product suffers any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. you can refuse the return. 

Once REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. check that the order is in good condition, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will proceed to reimburse all the amounts paid by the User.

If the User decides to return the order in full, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will return to the User all the amounts that he has paid (including the shipping costs of TREDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. to the User). 

If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. will not be able to reimburse the shipping costs paid by the User for the entire order.

REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. informs Users that the term for returning the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:

NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED IN PROMOTIONS.

In promotions applicable to the acquisition of individual items, which include the addition of an extra product, either by way of example, but not limited to, 2x1, 3x2 promotions or any other type that implies the delivery of an additional product for free or with reduced price, the User's right of withdrawal will have effect on the set of products provided in the purchase as part of the promotion.

Change of Products

REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L.

If it admits the change between a product purchased by the user, to another similar or different product, as long as they are of the same value in price, and it is verified through the order number that the order is indeed real and is registered in our purchase system, in the same way it must be verified that the product to be exchanged does not present any type of physical damage, mistreatment or wear.

This evaluation of the product in good condition will be made personally by REDLETTER as soon as the product arrives back at our warehouses and in our hands, if the product is in perfect condition and condition, we will proceed to change the size or change the product with price and equal value, if the product is damaged or shows signs of use, we will not be responsible for any exchange or refund.

Cancellation of orders.

REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. makes every effort to have the inventory shown to the User updated in real time, however it could have some delay and show a product that does not exist, so REDLETTER SPAIN, S.L. reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the User in whole or in part, giving notice of such a situation within two business days following the User's purchase.
